Our Team

We are very committed to our culture, every customer... every time... no excuses... no exceptions, period!  Our TEAM is from the sports, customer service, and hospitality industries.  Our core values of leadership, character, and integrity are what defines us as a company and sets us apart from other housing companies.

“Coach” as he is best known for coaching Elite AAA Hockey for over 20 years, the likes of his former players, most notably, 3 time Stanley Cup Winner Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks. A driven serial entrepreneur with a relentless work ethic and creative mind, Don and his Fiancee founded TEAMINN based in Northeast Ohio back in 2012, providing youth sports teams and tournament directors an easier way to book their hotel accommodations for youth sports tournaments across North America. Don’s experience as a coach traveling around North America gave him great insight as to what tournament directors and most importantly participating families who were traveling wanted and needed. “I have always said sports teaches you to love to win or hate to lose, and I really hate to lose”. Don played NCAA Division I hockey at Miami (OH) University in the late 1980’s and currently resides in Wooster, Ohio with his fiancée Kim and 2 Chocolate Labs Celly & Malley.

Born in 2012 out of Amber Sky Labradors, Celly is a favorite at the office.  She is extremely efficient playing with her duck and peanut butter bones.  She loves frosty paws and treats!  Named "Celly" from a term used to describe a hockey goal celebration.
